While the meals were quick to arrive at the table, they were quite cold and the coffee was average with the syrup flavours barely noticeable. The locals dogs outside were cute but became disruptive to the ambience when the morning barkathon started.
EDIT: Dropped another star due to the owners unprofessionally defensive response to the original review. I have had avo smash at other cafes at the same time of the year in an outdoor setting. The eggs, bacon and toast were no where near as cold as it was presented at this cafe. The eggs Benedict was also cold upon arrival to the table and the dishes were definitely not sitting long enough to have cooled due to the weather.
No one came out to address the dogs barking during our time at the cafe. As you also became busier during our stay, your suggestion that we request the coffee be remade and wait for it a second time is very impractical.
For future, trying to shift the blame back to your customers is extremely unprofessional. The Avo Bruschetta was spectacular and the monster breaky was definitely that and scrumptious, flavours to go.
The coffee was as good as it should be.
The staff were most helpful and pleasant.
